All things are difficult initially but when they become habits they seem very easy.
1. Meditation: All Successful people have this habit. After waking Most of us start our day by checking What's app messages, or reading newspaper, but successful people start their day by meditation or Prayer.
2. Affirmation: To give positive thoughts to subconscious mind. Our body do whatever instruction is given by our subconscious mind. Repeat positive affirmations after meditation in the morning like I am intelligent, I am beautiful, I have good communication skill.Whole day subconscious mind will keep giving you positive instructions.
3.Visualization: It means imagining something by closing eyes. In visualization you see yourself confident. For ex If you have to sing a song, then first imagine yourself that you are singing good song on stage. All successful people follow this habit.
4. Exercise: Spend sometime in Morning exercise. This habit keeps your body fit after all health is wealth. By exercising our brain gets more oxygen supply, your heart becomes strong and so you feel more energetic.
5. Reading: Develop habit of reading for being successful in Life. Reading brings you many steps ahead of other people. Always read Personality development books, Life skill books and self help books.
6. Scribing: Always keep a notepad with youself, in that write your ideas, dreams, goals etc. Successful people sleep keeping their notepad with pillow. Write your goals again and again, write your ideas. Whatever you write gets register in your brain and helps in habit of visualization. this finally helps you in achieving your goal.
