Worrying for any cause leads to adverse effects. The more we worry, more we suffer from stress,  depression and anxiety which leads to many other health problems.
Napolean Bonaparte.  Was a person who was not only physically strengthened but also had everything which a normal man dreams. He had everything ----fame, power and money. But in his life he accepted that ‘I have never known 6 happy days in my Life’
On the other side Helen keler who was blind deaf and dumb declared that “I have found Life so beautiful”.
Alex skerell a Nobel prize winner said that ‘People who do not know how to fight worry die early’.
A chief physician told that 70% of people who come to physician can cure themselves if they only get rid of their fear and worries
4 OUT OF 5 PATIENTS WHO COME TO PHYSICIAN DIDN’T HAD ANY PHYSICAL REASON. THE ONLY REASON FOR THEIR ILLNESS WAS FEAR, WORRY, HATE AND SELFISHNESS MOST DOCTORS SAY THAT MANY STOMACH ULCERS, INSOMNIA, HEART DISESEASES, HEADACHE AND EVEN SOME PARALYSIS ARE CAUSED DUE TO LOT OF WORRIES.

HOW TO FIGHT WORRY
Count your Blessings. We are already so rich. We already own things whose value is much more than crores for us that is our health, our body and our time. But the point is that to own few things which cost in lakhs, we put on our most valuable things under pressure. We punish ourself and destroy our health. This doesn’t mean that we should forget our target rather while achiving our target we should not destroy our health because without health it is of no use.
We should not be worried about the things which we don’t have, rather we should be happy about what all we have.
Things are not as big and bad as they seem mostly.
About all the worries we worry about never happen.

WHAT ALL WE THINK 97% OUT OF THAT DOESN’T REALLY HAPPEN IN FUTURE.

WHAT ALL WE THINK IS JUST FEAR OF OUR MIND THAT EATS US.
Try to keep yourself busy as much as you can. WHEN YOU KEEP YOURSELF BUSY YOU DO NOT GET TIME TO WORRY. STAY BUSY IN WORK WHICH UTILIZES YOUR CREATIVITY, FOCUS, PLANNING AND SKILLS.

THINK AND ACT CHEERFUL - Whenever you feel tense - smile and act as you are happy. This will make you feel good.
