How to achieve more by working less

When I was in School, One of my friend Ashu used to study whole day and night and score good. On the other hand my another friend Tony used to study very less and still scored same or more marks as compared to Ashu. I used to get surprised seeing that. We have seen that most the people work less and achieve more. Actually some people use pareto principle knowingly or by default. The 80-20 principle or pareto principle is scientifically used every where like in Business, Study, Health, Relationships etc. According to Pareto principle, 80% results that we get are due to our 20% deeds.
20 % study is responsible for 80% success.
20% roads have 80% traffic.
20% clouds are responsible for 80% rains.
20% criminals are responsible for 80% crime. ...etc.
Pareto principle teaches us that We must focus less or stop that work which is giving us less results and focus on things which are giving us maximum results.
Find 20% in your work which is giving you 80% results. That 20 % focus will maximize the results and reduce your time consumption. This time can be utilized for other important works.
Most of Business startups fail because people are wasting more time by focusing on things like Logo, Website etc Rather, they must concentrate on the improvement of product make product more useful for people. In business, 20 % clients are responsible for 80% profit. Similarly 20% clients will be responsible for 80% complaints. So focus more on them and most important focus on that 20% which will give you 80% result.
