Whatever you do throw yourselves into it, throw your head, heart and hands in it. Look at your job not as a job but as a calling, as a passion and don't care about the hours, Don't care about the hardships. because everything is joy. So whatever you do look it as a calling, as passion and not as something temporary.

The bolder we can be the better, the more we break the rules the better we are going to be because
the world is full of ideas today. If We don't do it somebody else is going to do it.

For women running small business: Running a small business is as difficult as running a large company. The advantage that a bigger company CEOs have is that they have a network of people to talk to and seek advice.

People running small business should rely on blogging networks and digital world to seek other people who are running small companies to get advice, learn from the experience that they have and build them selves.

If you really feel strongly about some thing and you really don't like something what people are doing
then throw a temper tantrum, because people are got to know that you feel strongly about it.
and it is effective. It shows the passion for for the work.

Don't depend on traditional strategic planning cycle or standard set  reports. CEOs have to be a life long student.

You have to walk the markets, look at trends in the market make connections that don't seem obvious, start creating pictures, what the future could be and watch the consumer behavior. We are the consumers and we are the representative of the consumer outside. What consultants tell, what reports tell is not true exactly. We have to become our own data collectors, data analyzers and shape creators.

Work for the purpose to create profit, work for future of society.

Very early in your Life invest in communication skills: learn how to motivate people, how do you write in a way that's to the point. You have to learn how to communicate with large group of people and if you don't learn it early in Life, u're not going to learn it later on.
