Treat sickness with optimism. Whether you are poor or rich, everyone has to go through birth, aging sickness and death there is no exception, that’s life.
Let the doctor handle your body.
Let god/ nature handle your life.
But be incharge of your own moods
Worries can’t cure sickness, nor can prolong one’s life
Running water doesn’t flow back, so it is with life make it happy
