India's first female amputee to climb Mount Everest. Her struggle, her achievements, her hard work and self belief is something which keeps me going in my tough times. Some of her words which really inspire and motivate. Sabse bada motivator aap khud ho--Jis din kisi bhi lakshya ke prati aap ki antaratma jaag gayi apko koi nahi rok sakta, use pane se. Zindgi me golden chance baar baar nahi aata ye apke upar hai aap usko pakad ke rakhte ho ya chod dete ho Life me kabhi kabhi situation aisi aati hai jab sirf aap akele hote ho, decision sirf aapko lena hota hai to zara sa peeche mud kar dekhna aur ye sochna ki aap ek ek kadam chal kar yahan tak pahuche ho, sirf apna ek kadam aage badhana tum dekhna tumhe apni manzil mil Jayegi. Aap sab kuch kar sakte ho sirf ek soch se, Viklang insan soch se hota hai shareer se nahi, jo soch se viklang hai wo shareer se bhi viklang hai. Kisi ko bhi agar apna lakshya paana hai to uske liye pagalpan hona chahiye. Apne lakshya ko apna junoon...

How to achieve more by working less

When I was in School, One of my friend Ashu used to study whole day and night and score good. On the other hand my another friend Tony used to study very less and still scored same or more marks as compared to Ashu. I used to get surprised seeing that. We have seen that most the people work less and achieve more. Actually some people use pareto principle knowingly or by default. The 80-20 principle or pareto principle is scientifically used every where like in Business, Study, Health, Relationships etc. According to Pareto principle, 80% results that we get are due to our 20% deeds. 20 % study is responsible for 80% success. 20% roads have 80% traffic. 20% clouds are responsible for 80% rains. 20% criminals are responsible for 80% crime. ...etc. Pareto principle teaches us that We must focus less or stop that work which is giving us less results and focus on things which are giving us maximum results. Find 20% in your work which is giving you 80% results. That 20 % focus will ma...

1. Keep Learning all the time: You have to keep learning all the time.with all the changes, skills become obsolete in no time, opportunities fade away, new opportunities keep arising all the time and business models keep changing but learning is for Life time. Illiterates of 21st century aren't those who don't know how to read and write, but are those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn. 2. No substitute to Hard Work and determination: Keep yourself prepared for the environment. In this dynamic world the only thing that is constant is change. Inspirational points by Sunder Pichai for Students

Getting into elite institution doesn't guarantee success, matters a lot but doesn't guarantee success. I like to see people value creativity, value experience of doing things, taking risks. I encourage people to try different things, take some risks, follow your passions a little bit more and enjoy what you are doing. If you follow your heart and do what you like, you will always do much better. It is worthwhile taking risks and trying to do something you are really excited by. If you work on really difficult things you are better off because you don't have any competition others aren't working on that difficult problem even if you fail you end up doing something great in the process. Setbacks actually don't matter. It's important to keep your hopes, keep your dreams and try to follow them. Most of how Life plays out is up to you and not upto what happens outside of you. It's important to keep that in mind and take the long term view. At some point...
