Points to succeed by Chanda Kocchar

1. Keep Learning all the time: You have to keep learning all the time.with all the changes, skills become obsolete in no time, opportunities fade away, new opportunities keep arising all the time and business models keep changing but learning is for Life time. Illiterates of 21st century aren't those who don't know how to read and write, but are those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.

2. No substitute to Hard Work and determination: Keep yourself prepared for the environment. In this dynamic world the only thing that is constant is change. For any of us to succeed is to anticipate the changes that are existing in the environment and keep ourselves or the organization that we are running ready for the environment.

3. Do what you like and Love what you do: Today there are various opportunities available, so choose what you like and love to do and excel in it each day. Be passionate for your work.

4. Think Big: It is good to have big dreams and look at various opportunities available. Choose one option and get focused on it. Have optimistic realism, think on big scale and convert your dreams to reality step by step.

5. Give your Best:Have a sense of discipline and hard work. Do best of your own ability and look at how others are doing it and try to do better then others. Have passion to excel. Women are always challenged with doing much more. They have to manage both family and work at the same time so they must prioritize their work and sometimes sacrifice one thing for other.
